I'm attending a virtual meetup, what are the guidelines?

Your host is expected to host as follows

• Make everyone feel welcome and give people an opportunity to introduce themselves at the beginning
• Be mindful that some attendees might be new to Frolo
• Mute everyone to begin with and let people unmute themselves if they want to say something
• Please make sure to bear the Frolo Values in mind to ensure that the meetup feels safe and inclusive for everyone
• Community led virtual meetups must not be recorded.

Virtual Meetup guidelines for attendees

• Make sure you keep the Frolo Values in mind on the meetup
• Try not to talk over others
• Be mindful that some people might be new and attending their first meetup
• Remember that the meetup host has volunteered their time to make the meetup happen - please respect and appreciate that by doing your part to make the meetup a positive experience
