What are the Frolo Community guidelines?
Frolo is a safe space for single parents to connect with each other and to feel supported and empowered. Please ensure that you’re familiar with our Community Guidelines and Frolo Values before engaging with others on the app. There will be zero tolerance for those who do not respect the Frolo values and the ethos of the community.
Whatsapp - to keep the app focused on inclusivity and community, we ask that you don’t post about Whatsapp groups on the feed. Try Frolo group messaging instead!
The Frolo community is NOT a dating app and those who use it this way will be removed from the app.
We don’t allow self-promotion of any form and ask frolos not to use the community for research or advertise their businesses or social media accounts on the app.
We take reports very seriously. If you have an issue with another person in the community, we ask that you report them or the post associated with them that you find to be offensive or not in line with the Frolo values, so that our team can deal with it. Watch our short video for how to report users, posts and comments:
As well as using the in app reporting feature, you can also email us using support@frolo.co.uk (for technical queries) or community@frolo.co.uk (for community concerns or queries) to address an issue in more detail.
The safety and supportive nature of the community is our no.1 priority and in order to protect this we do not allow ‘naming and shaming’ posts OR referring to or questioning moderation issues publicly on the Feed. Instead we ask that users use the reporting system and email addresses provided so that our team can deal with it as needed. Please rest assured that we investigate every single report as it comes in and take appropriate action.
